Drive business growth by expanding branch channels and increasing revenue through opportunity identification, relationship building, and execution of strategic sales initiatives. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve and exceed branch sales targets. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation activities. Build and maintain a strong sustainable sales pipeline Establish and nurture long-term relationships with Branch managers, PFCs, and key stakeholders. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine sales strategies. Mentor and coach junior sales staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, and account management). Any ad hoc assignment assigned. Minimum 5 years industry experience preferably in Insurance and financial services Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills Proven ability to solve problems, handle objections and close opportunities effectively. Proficiency in English; Mandarin skill advantageous as to liaise with mandarin speaking counterparts
