WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re seeking a passionate and results-driven professional who thrives on achieving goals and building meaningful connections. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar Business Development Manager role.
  • Strong business development and sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Knowledge of the Health and Safety industry (preferred but not essential).
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and building strategic partnerships. You’ll be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, fostering client relationships, and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
This is a remote, full-time position. You may be, at times, required to travel to client meetings. Mileage, accommodation, and meal expenses are fully covered.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify and capitalise on new market opportunities.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilise CRM software and sales tools to manage pipelines and track performance.
