AS BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER, YOU WILL:

• Identify and secure New Business opportunities within the Independent Retail and Garden Centre market.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers, from single-site retailers to multi-site operators.
• Present compelling Commercial Proposals that demonstrate our market-leading Product Range, Display Solutions and Customer Service .
• Lead, Coach, and Develop two Sales Executives, acting as their Regional Manager to ensure consistent performance and Professional Growth.
• Work closely with Internal Teams to ensure seamless onboarding and long-term account success.
• Consistently deliver against ambitious New Business and Team Sales Targets.

ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a proven sales professional with a strong track record of winning New Business and converting prospects into long-term customers. You will also have experience of Managing or Coaching others, with the ability to Inspire, Motivate, and Lead by Example.

You will also demonstrate:

• Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Strong presentation and communication abilities.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• A proactive, results-driven mindset.
• The ability to work independently while collaborating with wider teams.
