Tasks We’re Hiring – Business Development / Sales Manager (IT Services) Are you passionate about driving cloud adoption and helping businesses unlock the power of Microsoft solutions? We’re looking for a Business Development / Sales Manager to join our growing team. 🎯 Target Market: UAE What You’ll Do: ✔ Develop new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline through outreach, networking, and partnerships. ✔ Pitch Microsoft 365, Azure, and Security solutions bundled with our managed services (migration, support, helpdesk, security). ✔ Collaborate with Microsoft distributors (Logicom, Ingram, Redington, etc.) for pricing and deal registrations. ✔ Manage customer accounts, ensuring renewals and growth opportunities. ✔ Deliver on sales targets and contribute to regional revenue growth. Requirements What We’re Looking For: ✨ 5+ years of B2B IT sales or business development experience (Microsoft Cloud/Managed Services preferred). ✨ Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing (M365, Azure, ). ✨ Experience working with CSP distributors is a plus. ✨ Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. ✨ A self-driven professional with a track record of exceeding sales targets. Monitor industry trends and advancements to keep HTS at the cutting edge and ensure our services align with market demands. 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably within the technology sector. Strong understanding of digital transformation and technological advancements. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships. Proven ability to develop strategies for gaining and retaining clients in multiple sectors. Willingness to travel internationally as required to meet with clients and partners.
