JOB SUMMARY:

We are expanding our team and seeking a Sales Development Manager who is fluent in both English and Mandarin to help us grow our client base and drive revenue.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is a plus.

• Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to enhance sales strategies.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and client insights to management.
• Negotiate and close deals to maximize revenue and commission potential.
