Responsibilities

As our UK Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Generating and developing a robust sales pipeline by actively prospecting for new business across the entire UK.
  • Building and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with prospective clients to understand their supply chain needs.
  • Working closely with our on-site operational and management teams to design and present tailored warehousing, fulfilment, and transport solutions.
  • Conducting both virtual and in-person client meetings, with the expectation to travel nationally for high-value opportunities.
  • Negotiating and closing profitable new business contracts to achieve and exceed your sales targets.
  • Maintaining a high level of activity in our CRM system and providing regular performance reports to senior management.
