JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within the Healthcare and Education Sectors in Wales.
Direct ownership and responsibility of identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to sales and an ability to work collaboratively across various departments of our group of companies to achieve company objectives.

SKILLS

  • Proven experience in business development within a related industry (fire doors, passive fire, construction, healthcare or education).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Excellent analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare and education sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Create and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct presentations to C Suite executives in a professional, credible manner.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development activities, including progress towards targets and market insights.
  • Utilise software for tracking leads, managing client interactions, and reporting on sales performance.
