Role Summary:
We are looking for a hands-on, commercially driven professional to operate and optimize our transport fleet while actively developing new haulage business. The ideal candidate should have strong operational knowledge of trucking and project logistics, with proven ability to expand client base and manage day-to-day fleet efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of our fleet (scheduling, routing, compliance, and maintenance).
  • Develop new business opportunities in haulage, focusing on EPC contractors, forwarders, and MNC clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to grow revenue streams.
  • Ensure compliance with all statutory and safety requirements.
  • Optimize cost efficiency and maximize fleet utilization.
  • Work closely with operations team on lifting, lashing, and cargo handling projects.
  • Prepare commercial proposals, tariffs, and tenders for clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in transport fleet operations and/or project logistics.
  • Strong industry network and client contacts in haulage or freight forwarding.
  • Proven track record in business development or sales within logistics/haulage.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and transport compliance.
  • Good leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results.
