Hayfield Family Collection, has a wonderful opportunity for a highly efficient, well organised and energetic Group Business Development Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and relationship building.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and key stakeholders.
  • Complete monthly tracking reports and identify new leads.
  • Drive revenue generation through effective lead generation, sales presentations and closing strategies.
  • Review performance of current accounts and identify target accounts.
  • Identify key competitors and carry out regular competitor analysis
  • Track and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices to continuously improve business development efforts.
  • Represent the hotels at local business and industry events, trade shows and client events.
