A leading provider of load-testing and critical power solutions is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive rental sales growth across the Benelux region.

This is a field-based role focused on developing new business opportunities while managing and growing existing key accounts. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and developing competitive proposals that deliver profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new rental opportunities across the Benelux region, requires hunter mentality – 80% of role is new business.
• Manage existing portfolio.
• Identify customer needs and create commercial proposals and contracts
• Negotiate pricing, offers, and contract terms
• Increase market awareness of the full product and service portfolio
• Attend client meetings, industry events, and trade shows
• Maintain accurate sales forecasting, reporting, and CRM updates
• Monitor sales performance and support achievement of monthly and annual targets

Requirements

• Proven experience in a senior sales or business development role
• Strong experience managing key accounts and generating new business
• Ideally history in some form of Equipment Rental or Power based sectors.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• New business hunter – 80% of role is new business.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role
• Strong organisational, reporting, and forecasting skills
• Comfortable travelling regularly to customer sites across the Benelux region.
