POSITION OVERVIEW

HC Company is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the markets we serve. This role focuses on relationship building, lead generation, and identifying new project opportunities in the commercial construction industry. The ideal candidate will represent HC Company at industry events, networking functions, and through direct outreach, positioning the company for future negotiated work.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years of business development experience, preferably in commercial construction or commercial real estate.
  • Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms (Buidr preferred but not required).
  • Knowledge of the commercial construction industry and client decision-making processes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
