Description:

As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving business growth and building meaningful client partnerships for assigned sectors. This hunter role requires a proactive, strategic, and relationship-driven professional who thrives in identifying and securing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business leads through extensive networking, market research, and proactive outreach.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and nurture strong relationships with clients, acting as the primary point of contact to ensure satisfaction and long-term collaboration.
  • Pitching & Proposals: Develop and deliver compelling project pitches and proposals tailored to client needs, showcasing the company’s capabilities and value proposition.
  • Strategic Networking: Expand the company’s presence by connecting with key industry players and decision-makers to create business opportunities.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including design, operations, and business development, to ensure seamless project execution and client success.
  • Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and client demands to inform strategies and achieve business objectives.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $4,500.00 - $8,500.00 per month
