REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of proven business development experience in healthcare, insurance, or payer relations within the UAE/GCC.
  • Established network with payers, insurance companies, TPAs, brokers, and corporate HR/benefits managers.
  • Demonstrated success in closing large-scale B2B healthcare deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, payer processes, and insurance structures in the UAE.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth by building strategic partnerships with payers, insurers, brokers, TPAs, and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will have an extensive network in the healthcare and insurance sectors, a deep understanding of payer-provider dynamics, and the ability to create sustainable, mutually beneficial collaborations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify, engage, and onboard payers, insurance companies, brokers, TPAs, and corporate partners into the Mulk Med ecosystem.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with decision-makers across the healthcare and insurance landscape.
  • Negotiate partnership agreements that integrate Mulk Med services into insurance plans, payer networks, and corporate benefits packages.
  • Collaborate with marketing to design and execute targeted B2B campaigns for partner acquisition.
  • Monitor partnership KPIs and deliver performance and revenue growth reports to management.
