SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
  • 5+ years in business development or enterprise sales, ideally in healthcare or SaaS.
  • Proven track record of exceeding targets and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Deep understanding of the ANZ healthcare ecosystem, compliance, and procurement processes.
  • Strong communication, commercial acumen, and relationship-building skills.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Join a mission-driven team transforming healthcare through technology. We’re seeking a strategic, high-energy Business Development Manager to drive growth across Australia and New Zealand in the fast-evolving digital health space.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles – from prospecting to RFP/tender submission to close.
  • Build and grow client relationships with healthcare providers, government, and industry partners.
  • Drive revenue through new business acquisition, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • Manage a data-driven pipeline via CRM and report on KPIs and market trends.
  • Collaborate on go-to-market strategies and represent the company at industry events.
