Description:
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Female BDM Manager from Healthcare Industry only
- Assist Managers in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate tie-up targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
- Assist in prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients, including corporate decision-makers, HR managers, and benefits administrators.
- Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experience.
- Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM software, and generating regular reports for management review.
- Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
Experience:
