JOB DESCRIPTION

• Female BDM Manager from Healthcare Industry only
• Assist Managers in developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve corporate tie-up targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads and opportunities for business development.
• Assist in prospecting, cold calling, and scheduling meetings with prospective clients, including corporate decision-makers, HR managers, and benefits administrators.
• Support in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Marketing, Operations, and Customer Service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experience.
• Assist in tracking sales performance metrics, updating CRM software, and generating regular reports for management review.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in sales and marketing.
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• business development executive: 10 years (Preferred)
• Healthcare Business Development: 10 years (Preferred)
