Are you ready to rock the future with us?About the jobWe are looking for a dedicated, energetic and experienced BDM to join our team on a full time basis located in our Perth office.Bring your flexible, Can-Do attitude to work every day and enjoy being part of an amazing team. As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:To obtain new customers and maintain existing customers as per the sales targetAlways present yourself as an ambassador of Hellmann, ensuring that the companies standards, principles and reputation is always maintained to the highest levelDesign and implement a strategic sales plan that expands the company’s customer base within target verticals and ensures its strong presenceAchieve growth and profitability targets in line with pre agreed annual targetsGrow pipeline by prospecting, identifying and evaluating new opportunities.Gather market data and competitive intelligence through customer interaction, key opinion leaders, regulatory bodies and other sourcesRemain current in market trends, technology, and best practices to ensure relevance when engaging with prospective customer’sDevelop strong relationships with key target customers across the decision-making matrixWorking with the operational and solutions team, develop operationally, commercially attractive solutions that exceed customer expectationsConfidently understand, present and explain engineered solutions in order to close the businessTake the lead in contract negotiations in order to achieve a mutually beneficial contractual term – highlight and escalate any risks either operationally or commercially to Country / Regional managementDeal with clients and staff in a friendly and professional mannerCustomer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.About youWe will help you be successful in this role.
