Job Description The Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for delivering budgeted sales revenue across their allocated Western Australian territory, with a strong focus on the Perth metro area and surrounding regional centres. This includes the Petrol & Convenience (P&C), Independent Grocery, Health, and non-traditional retail channels. The role is focused on both strengthening existing customer relationships and driving new business growth through strategic acquisition and effective onboarding. You will… Achieve monthly performance metrics including distribution, NPD penetration, and in-store visibility. Develop and implement campaigns and promotions with key MSO customers, aligning activity with internal priorities and customer strategies. Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities of scale. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Logistics to ensure seamless execution of plans. Champion brand values and cultural consistency across all customer touchpoints. Analyse performance results and market insights to continuously refine territory strategies. Contribute innovative, creative growth ideas that challenge the status quo. Deliver revenue, margin, and contribution targets within your territory. You have… Qualifications Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing or a related field (desirable). Current Australian driver’s licence. Experience Minimum 4 years’ experience in FMCG business development. Proven track record of developing, pitching, and winning new business.
