Its ecosystem comprises a content arm (PGAG), a creator network (Hepmil Creators Network) and a revenue accelerator for esports and gaming creators on YouTube (Bent Pixels Asia). With all these three focus points of the company, it leads the market in its ability to provide the best branded campaigns for the brands who want to reach the most influential generation. Were looking for Business Development Managers to join our growing team to scale our product offerings to the advertising industry. Job responsibilities: Develop the companys presence in the industry that lead to business growth and expansion of Hepmil Philippines Strategize sales plan to achieve the objectives and the revenue targets of the company Identify and lead new business opportunities by networking and building relationships with new clients Lead in the creation of proposals for big client partnerships by working with the full Hepmil products (PGAG, Hepmil Creators Network, Bent Pixels Asia) in developing content that meet clients objectives Maintaining relationships with key accounts, leading top-level conversations with clients especially long-term partnerships Work with the regional team and cross-functional teams in achieving targets and deliverables and ensure that operational requirements are smooth and glitch-free Drive business development and sales efforts with agencies in the Philippines and across the region, negotiate trading deals and partnerships for our products Requirements: Preferably with 3-4 years of background and experience in Business Development/Sales in the Advertising/Marketing Industry Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media Strong understanding of social media platforms, specifically TikTok, Meta, YouTube Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation. Ability to aggregate and analyze internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgment skills. An appetite for change, empathetic and proactive. Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and excellent client-facing role. Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills Should be hands-on, creative, detail-oriented, analytical, and highly motivated.
