Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Business Development Manager , you’ll drive sustainable growth across our portfolio by developing and executing commercial strategies, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding into new markets and channels.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • IDENTIFY & PURSUE OPPORTUNITIESScout for new business avenues—whether new brand concepts, corporate catering, events, or collaborations—and pitch them effectively.
  • PARTNERSHIP STRATEGY & EXECUTIONNegotiate and close partnerships with suppliers, delivery platforms, and corporate clients to maximize revenue.
  • MARKET ANALYSISConduct competitive and consumer trend analysis in the F&B landscape to inform expansion and pricing strategies.
  • FINANCIAL PLANNINGLead revenue forecasting, budgeting, ROI assessment, and performance tracking.
  • CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATIONWork closely with operations, marketing, culinary teams, and brand leads to ensure alignment and project execution.
  • RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENTBuild and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders—from landlords and suppliers to strategic partners—to support long-term growth.
