We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager, to join our growing team .The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and securing infrastructure projects that align with the company’s capabilities.

QUALIFICATIONS: ·

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, preferably within the construction or general contracting industry.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, terminology, and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of securing new business and building strategic partnerships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and proposal software.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector (infrastructure).
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, client’s needs, and emerging opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and bids in coordination with estimating and project management teams.
  • Negotiate contracts and assist in closing deals while ensuring alignment with company objectives and profitability targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, operations) to ensure seamless handover and execution of projects.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and promote long-term partnerships and repeat business.
