POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive our growth on the West Coast. This role requires a strategic salesperson who can both hunt for new clients and farm existing accounts to maximize revenue. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling services, particularly within the U.S. healthcare sector, and the versatility to represent our diverse service offerings.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Proven track record of success in a B2B sales or business development role, preferably selling services.
  • Deep understanding of and sales experience within the U.S. healthcare industry
  • A “services-first” mindset with the ability to understand client needs and sell a diverse portfolio of services across multiple verticals (both healthcare and non-healthcare).
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage a territory, set appointments, and close new business.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Must be based on the US West Coast.

Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within California and the broader West Coast territory.
  • Schedule and conduct introductory meetings and discovery calls with key decision-makers at target companies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for hunting new logos and farming existing client relationships for expansion opportunities.
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of HiPaaS services, which include both healthcare and non-healthcare solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal services and delivery teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding process.
