Description
Manage customer success activities for key FMCG and retail accounts across the UAE market, supporting frontline sales teams with account coordination and service delivery.
Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle, including pricing support, documentation, execution tracking, and compliance monitoring, achieving 95%+ contract fulfilment.
Coordinate with global sales, operations, pricing, and customer service teams to improve network coverage, service reliability, and customer satisfaction.
Support customer onboarding activities, including RFQ/RFI responses, account setup, documentation, and internal process alignment.
Resolve customer issues by analysing service concerns, coordinating corrective actions, and ensuring timely communication across stakeholders.
Maintain accurate CRM records, track customer interactions, monitor follow-ups, and support account performance reporting.
Analyse customer feedback and service trends to identify improvement opportunities and enhance customer experience.
