Key Responsibilities: Market Expansion: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the holiday homes sector. Client Acquisition: Build and maintain relationships with property owners, investors, and hospitality partners. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop strategies to maximize occupancy rates and rental income. Partnership Development: Collaborate with travel agencies, corporate clients, and online travel platforms to enhance market reach. Marketing & Branding: Work closely with the marketing team to promote holiday home offerings through digital and offline channels. Contract Negotiation: Manage agreements with property owners and service providers to ensure profitable partnerships. Customer Relationship Management: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service and communication. Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences to drive informed decision-making. Qualifications & Requirements: Proven experience in business development, sales, or real estate within the hospitality or holiday home sector. Strong negotiation and networking skills. Ability to develop and execute business growth strategies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools. Knowledge of holiday home rental regulations and market trends. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
