Compensation: Fixed salary AED 5,000 + high commission per property owner signed.

We are a fast-growing Holiday Home company managed by a team of professionals, offering property owners an easy and profitable way to rent their units short-term.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Actively identify and attract property owners who want to hand over their units for management.
  • Conduct negotiations, present our services, and close agreements.
  • Build and grow our managed property portfolio.
  • Monitor the market and suggest growth strategies.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has at least 1 year of experience in real estate, holiday homes, or B2B sales.
  • Is confident in negotiations, communicative, and results-driven.
  • Knowledge of the Dubai property market is a strong plus.
  • Speaks fluent English; Arabic is an advantage.

What We Offer:

  • Fixed salary AED 5,000 + transparent, high commissions for each property signed.
  • Average earnings for active performers can exceed AED 20,000 per month.
  • Flexible schedule, marketing and admin support, and the ability to directly influence results.
