industrial properties testing for environmental hazards and provide in-depth reporting
and consulting by our licensed specialists. We are located in Tarzana, CA in the San
Fernando valley of Los Angeles and service most of Southern California.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Basic knowledge of Environmental Consulting, Restoration and/or Construction
Industry
Current driver’s license and clean driving record
Personal vehicle and ability to travel within region
Personal Drive, Motivation to Succeed, Self-starter & go-getter attitude
Strong work ethic both independently and on a team
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service - you enjoy meeting new people, are friendly, outgoing and

THE ROLE:
We’re growing and looking for a full-time Business Development Executive!
This is a client-facing, outside-sales position where you’ll be responsible for obtaining
and maintaining client partnerships with various verticals like: restoration companies,
abatement companies, property/HOA management, insurance adjusters, general
contractors, plumbers, roofers, etc.
This is a salaried, full-time position with expected working hours of 9am-6pm, Monday
through Friday. This is a hybrid role at our Tarzana, CA office as you will be required to
be interfacing with client partners on a daily basis through in-person meetings,
networking events, calls, texts and emails. Dress code expectation is to be business
casual, as you are always representing the company, so looking professional and put
together – although no need to be full formal.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be the face of Home Biotesting
Maintain current client partnerships
Obtain new client partnerships
Follow-through on leads from client partners to ensure each member of our team
is doing their part to close the project as best we can such as following up as
necessary, checking on the status of the project and even providing verbal
results to our client partners as determined
Strategize approach on maintaining partnerships and gaining new partnerships
Lead generation
Attend industry networking events (IFMA, CAI, Local Chamber of Commerce,
Combined Claims Conference, Restoration Golf League etc)
Add incoming job requests from client partners to scheduling queue via Slack
Oversee projects from client partners from start to finish (inputting project
opportunity, communicating with office for scheduling and results, being looped in
on results when sent to client/customer)
Provide exceptional customer service
Data Entry - Track detailed but succinct notes and client interactions in our CRM
Communicate with internal departments like Front Office & Billing as necessary
Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients
on how we differentiate ourselves
Identify and overcome obstacles to our client partners and customers such as
competition, pain points, budgets, timelines and geographical
Reach revenue targets and activity goals
