JOB SUMMARY:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our healthcare center by identifying new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives. This position requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can navigate the complexities of the market to enhance the company’s competitive edge and profitability.
Key Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.Provide regular updates to senior management on business development activities, progress, and key performance indicators.
Work closely with the wider team to coordinate meetings, ensure timely follow-ups, and provide feedback.
REQUIREMENTS
Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, healthcare Administration or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years proven experience in business development within a hospital setting(required)
