• Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue and business growth.
• Evaluates and manages new business opportunities including shipyard business.
• Oversees market analysis, monitors competitive activity, and identifies customer needs.
• Oversee all aspects of ship repair projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion
• Negotiating ongoing contracts with suppliers and customers.
• Conduct progress meetings and review work schedules.
• Carry out estimation and billing work.
• Prepare and update worklist for endorsement by Owner’s Rep.

EXPERIENCE

• 5-10 years experience in a commercial role in Marine or Shiprepair industry.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, and communication (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint,Outlook).
