Job Overview
We are seeking a driven and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and vendors and managing the day to day operation of all sales leads..

Duties

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities that align with our company goals.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business.
  • Utilize DealerSocket to track leads, manage contacts, and analyze sales data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Manage BDC sales team and help them reach their goals.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve sales strategies to achieve maximum revenue potential.

Skills

  • Proven experience in customer relationship management and business development.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects.
  • Proficiency with DealerSocket and ability to leverage the platform to drive sales growth.
  • Excellent sales skills with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong knowledge of the automotive market and the ability to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Familiarity with managing a CRM and all background and marketing processes.
  • Must have at least 5 years auto sales / internet sales experience.
