QUALIFICATIONS

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven success in sales or business development
  • Experience in the full sales cycle, including prospecting and closing deals
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
  • CRM experience preferred
  • Previous experience in the staffing/recruitment industry is an asset
