Description
We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to help grow Humantra’s physical B2B presence across the UAE, with a strong focus on fitness, hospitality, and HORECA partners. Reporting to the Senior Sales Manager, this role plays a key part in expanding where and how consumers experience Humantra in the real world. You’ll be responsible for identifying high-potential physical locations, opening new accounts, and managing those partnerships to a best-in-class standard, with the long-term goal of Humantra becoming the preferred or exclusive hydration option within those venues. While there will be some exposure to retail and key accounts, this role is primarily focused on on-the-ground B2B expansion, building relationships, closing deals, and ensuring Humantra shows up consistently and visibly across gyms, studios, hotels, cafés, and hospitality environments. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to work in consumer sales, learn quickly in a fast-growing brand, and develop into a commercial leader with real ownership. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Sales or Account management (UAE experience is preferred) Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with shifting priorities. Highly self-motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented.
