POSITION OVERVIEW

The incumbent is to manage and develop his/her territory, to grow the wholesale sales via a dealer network, in accordance with annual KPI’s and within company policies and guidelines.

Responsibilities:

  • Adopt the role of a business manager and advisor for the dealer network.
  • Responsible for the development and regular servicing of a network of Window Fashion Gallery dealers, Showcase Dealers and other Resellers as per the demographic criteria and according to marketing guidelines.
  • Grow and gain market share by the development and servicing of both branded and unbranded wholesale dealers as well as establishing new accounts.
  • Sales growth within current dealer network through strategic planning as per target set.
  • Sales growth through sourcing new dealers as per targets set.
  • Traveling across both SA and WA.
  • Maintain gross profit levels as per the channel criteria.
  • Create a rapport with the dealer network to develop an environment of relationship selling.
  • Assist in maintaining a business plan for each dealer with particular focus on advertising and promotional programmes.
  • Organise regular, individual and group, training sessions.
  • Take a company view of each customers operation and look for opportunities for other sales channels.
  • Ensure all wholesale marketing programmes are cascaded to the dealer network, in a timely and effective manner.
  • Meeting team member annual safety KPIs.
  • Contributing to the team meeting and exceeding annual safety targets.
  • Attending appropriate WHS training as required and as nominated to attend by Team’s manager.
  • Reporting all accidents/incidents to Team’s manager within 24hours.
  • Initiating actions to improve WHS and taking immediate action to fix any unsafe situation/act or environmental hazard, if safe to do so.
  • Complying with Company WHS policies and procedures and with all relevant WHS & environment laws and regulations.
