With 1,500 employees across multiple business units, we are committed to delivering quality, safety, and excellence in every project.  Job Summary  The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new construction HVAC projects and medium to large service opportunities within the multifamily and hospitality sectors. This role requires strong relationship‑building skills, the ability to understand client needs, market awareness, and a proven track record in developing a sustainable book of business. The Business Development Manager will work collaboratively with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to ensure alignment, client satisfaction, and successful project acquisition. This position requires frequent travel to meet with clients, attend industry events, and develop strategic partnerships. Key Responsibilities Include: (But not limited to the following) * Identify and pursue new construction HVAC projects and medium to large service opportunities within the multifamily and hospitality verticals * Develop, maintain, and strengthen long‑term relationships with owners, developers, general contractors, property managers, and key decision‑makers * Collaborate with estimating, engineering, and project management teams to develop proposals, project strategies, and client‑focused solutions * Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities, competitive insights, and industry trends to support business development strategies * Attend client meetings, walkthroughs, conferences, and industry events to promote company capabilities and grow the company’s presence in target markets * Maintain detailed and organized records of client interactions, pursuit strategies, proposals, and follow‑up activities * Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials that demonstrate the company’s value and technical strengths in HVAC construction and service * Develop a strategic pipeline and forecast to support revenue goals and long‑term growth objectives within assigned verticals Qualifications * Minimum 3–5 years of business development or sales experience in the mechanical/HVAC construction or services industry * Existing relationships in the multifamily and/or hospitality construction markets highly desirable * Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction processes, and HVAC project lifecycles * Experience pursuing and securing medium to large mechanical construction or service projects * Microsoft Office Applications * Use of Salesforce is required * Ability to travel regularly for client meetings, site visits, and industry events * Dependable, self‑motivated, and able to work with minimal supervision * Excellent communication, negotiation, and group presentation skills   Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis without future employment sponsorship Salary Description $70K-$100K commensurate with experience plus sales incentives; candidates with significant experience in HVAC business development in the commercial or multi-family segment, who are seeking above this range are encouraged to apply!
