JOB SUMMARY

The Business Development Manager serves as an ambassador for BSWH to promote the services of the hospital to the broad medical community. Develops and maintains relationships with providers and office staff/leaders to increase awareness of, alignment with, and ease of access into BSWH. Works closely with hospital and service line leadership to set priorities and develop/execute outreach initiatives for growth.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • EDUCATION - Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of work experience above the minimum qualification
  • EXPERIENCE - 3 Years of Experience
Responsibilities
  • Develop relationships with targeted physicians and office staff to serve as a resource/face for BSW.
  • Provide outreach to physicians identified in action plans. Educate targeted providers/office leaders on network facility options.
  • Develop action plans, target list and meeting goals for priority services.
  • Identify access issues, pain points, needs, etc. and escalate to leadership for resolution.
  • Coordinate CME, meet and greet, or other educational events to increase awareness of priority service/physicians as needed.
  • Meet with hospital leadership regularly to identify priority services/targeted physicians and strategy for upcoming quarter.
  • Meet with local OR/service line leadership to review volumes and understand needs (region specific).
  • Track outreach, outcomes in PRM, Salesforce.
  • Send regular reports to leadership with high level accomplishments/activity
  • Utilize data and analytic dashboards to identify market trends and opportunities.
  • Identify practices/physicians that present opportunity for alignment or expansion. Report to department and local leadership.
