We are looking for a high-energy, strategic, and results-driven Business Development Manager (Corporate Services) to join our internal team. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building high-level relationships with global stakeholders, and driving revenue growth for IBMC’s consulting services. The ideal candidate is a "Hunter" who understands the B2B consulting landscape and can effectively articulate the value of IBMC to potential partners and clients. Key Responsibilities Market Expansion: Identify and prospect new business opportunities with international firms looking to enter or scale in the Indonesian market. Strategic Partnerships: Build and nurture long-term relationships with C-level executives, founders, and international business chambers. Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the full sales cycle from initial prospecting and discovery calls to proposal presentation and contract closing. Consultative Selling: Understand the unique pain points of international clients and tailor IBMC’s service offerings (HR, Legal, Payroll, etc.) to meet their needs. Brand Ambassadorship: Represent IBMC at industry events, webinars, and networking sessions to increase brand visibility. Collaboration: Work closely with our internal consultants and legal team to ensure that service proposals are accurate, compliant, and competitive. Reporting: Maintain accurate records in CRM and provide regular reports on sales targets, pipeline health, and market trends. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Partnerships, preferably within the Consulting, HR Services, or Fintech industries. Track Record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed high-value B2B sales targets. Networking: Strong network of international business contacts or experience dealing with global corporate clients. Communication: Exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal); native or professional-level proficiency is mandatory. Soft Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills with a consultative approach. Mindset: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced consulting environment.
