Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + Commission
Location: Hybrid - 1-2 times a week in Bromley/Work from home

We are seeking an accomplished and results-driven Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our AWS and Azure cloud services, digital transformation solutions, and our expertise in Biometrics, and Quality Assurance & Testing (QAT) services.
As an innovative SME technology provider, we deliver cutting-edge solutions in cloud computing, AI, cybersecurity, testing, and infrastructure, equipping private and public sector organisations with scalable, secure, and future-ready technologies.
In this role, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing new business opportunities, securing high-value contracts, and cultivating strong partnerships with enterprise and government clients. You will also be instrumental in tendering processes, ensuring the successful acquisition of key projects across cloud transformation, biometrics, and QAT solutions.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERTISE

  • A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development/sales within the cloud computing, IT services, biometrics, telecom, QAT, or digital transformation
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a B2B or public sector environment
  • Understanding of AWS and other cloud solutions (Azure) opportunities
  • Comprehensive experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Proficiency in tendering processes, procurement frameworks and bid management.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM tools and sales automation platforms.
  • Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and strategic thinker with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach.
  • UK HMG Security Clearance (at SC level) or eligibility to obtain SC clearance.
