Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in FM sectors (commercial, industrial, healthcare, government, etc.).
  • Develop and execute short- and long-term BD strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances with stakeholders such as property developers, REITs, or managing agents.
  • Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads from multiple channels (tenders, networking, referrals, cold calls, digital platforms).
  • Develop client pipelines across FM services: cleaning, security, M&E (mechanical & electrical), landscaping, pest control, etc.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Coordinate and lead bid submissions for public and private sector tenders.
  • Work closely with operations, technical, pricing, and compliance teams to craft competitive bids.
  • Ensure tender submissions meet all technical, commercial, and administrative requirements.
  • Conduct market intelligence on competitors, pricing, emerging trends, and new technologies in the FM space.
