You will be employed by TraxComm Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MTR Corporation Limited, which provides world-class wholesale telecommunications services in Hong Kong. Responsibilities Drive end-to-end sales process including lead generation, pitching, negotiation and closing Formulate and implement adaptive sales and channel strategies to achieve the assigned sales and profitability targets Identify, evaluate and develop new business opportunities, partnerships and markets Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and strategic accounts; and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies Develop and implement business development plans aligned with the company objectives Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline and forecasts. Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends and business opportunities Requirements Degree in Business Administration / Marketing or a related discipline A minimum of 5 years' sales experience and business development in the telecommunications industry Proven track record to formulate, implement successful business development and sales programs including new product launch and new market entry Able to demostrate and establish successful track records in achieving customer requirements and business targets Good interpersonal skill and strong professional network in carriers, Internet Service Provider and data center markets in Hong Kong and the Chinese Mainland Ability to work independently and manage the projects timely with sensitivity to operate in a diverse environment Remarks Appointment will be made on two-year renewable contract terms Subject to satisfactory performance, prospect of conversion to ongoing terms is open Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
