Description

SUMMARY

The ideal candidate will blend domain knowledge, technical expertise and thought leadership to create both customer and product strategies, build strong client relationships, and drive growth within the semiconductor space. This position will link our internal team (technical and product management) with the external sales team and the direct customer base. The Business Development Manager assesses the market space, steers the product roadmap, establishes customer strategies, and defines solutions that optimize growth for the company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field of business or engineering; MBA highly desirable.
  • 7+ years of experience in electronic product assembly equipment, product development, sales or marketing.
  • Exposure to the semiconductor industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to assess markets, define value propositions, and create effective messaging.
  • Assertive nature; driving results while respecting people.
  • Experience with multi-level, direct and indirect global distribution channels is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and leadership characteristics to engage effectively with global sales, engineering and applications teams.Ability to make effective customer presentations.
