Location: Onsite (Terminal and Welcome Centre location)

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Business Development Manager to lead initiatives that support enrollment growth and program diversification at our private post-secondary institution. This role will be instrumental in expanding the college’s reach across domestic and international markets by identifying new opportunities, cultivating strategic partnerships, and supporting the development of market-relevant programs.
The successful candidate will provide senior-level strategic direction and contribute directly to institutional planning, long-term growth strategy, and risk mitigation efforts.
The ideal candidate will bring a balance of business acumen and practical execution skills, with experience in sales, marketing, and stakeholder engagement. Working closely with the leadership team, the Business Development Manager will help position LCC for sustainable growth in a competitive education and training landscape.

· Expected Hiring Salary: $41.94 – $46.14 per hour. Dependent on education, training, experience, and internal equity. Wage grids are reviewed annually.
