We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager for a newly created role based in Rotherham. This key position involves working closely with external stakeholders and collaborating directly with the Mortgage team to shape and drive the team’s commercial strategy and revenue growth.

• Maximising opportunities for the team by leveraging existing networks and relationships with external stakeholders
• Meeting and exceeding sales objectives and business targets within set deadlines
• Generating a consistent pipeline of business for the Mortgages team
• Building strong working relationships with the Company’s network of Credit Intermediaries through active listening, tailored consultation, and regular contact
• Engaging across various communication channels, including phone, Zoom/MS Teams, and in-person meetings
• Identifying and developing business opportunities with new credit intermediaries
