Job Purpose/Role This position is based in Jarkata, Indonesia. You will be primarily responsible for identifying new business opportunities and ensuring long-term profitability and quality of our customer portfolio. Key Responsibilities - Renewal of existing policies - Generate new leads and acquire new customers generated by market Management - Building and maintain relationships with fronting insurers, brokers and banks - Meet monthly and annual sales target Key Requirements/Skills/Experience - Bachelor's degree holder or equivalent - Min 5 years of experience in B-to-B sales, consultative selling - Knowledge of banking/financial product - Ability to build and maintain relationship (i.e. outgoing personality, comfortable with client facing role, excellent presentation and negotiation skill with c-suite) - Willing to travel up to 50% within Indonesia at short notice - Good command of both spoken and written English and Indonesian Language #Singapore #ASEAN #LI-LJ1
