ESSENTIAL SKILLS

  • Experience in the Electric Vehicle Supply Equipment (EVSE) industry.
  • Experience in the Home Build Market.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly self-motivated, capable of operating autonomously and remotely, with the ability to work independently and use initiative.
  • Proficient in assessing the strategic fit of opportunities and offering viable solutions.
  • Ability to quickly assimilate information, produce clear briefs, and confidently discuss technical products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent interpersonal and management skills, with experience working cross-functionally.
  • Thorough understanding of how to develop and present tailored business solutions and proposals.
  • Proven track record of effectively managing relationships for long-term success and delivering order intake.

  • Have an interest in decarbonisation, sustainability and Electric Vehicle markets
  • Experience in renewable energy sectors or related industries.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Excellent networking abilities, with a proven track record of building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to electric vehicles and renewable energy

Responsibilities
  • Drive the growth of EV charge point sales by managing business development activities.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with key partners across the New Home Build Sector.
  • Identify and engage with key stakeholders in this prospective sector.
  • Provide market feedback and analysis, highlighting future growth opportunities, new products, and services.
  • Log opportunities and accurately forecast the sales pipeline using our CRM platform on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
  • Represent Indra at trade shows and related sales events.
  • Tender Management: Actively oversee relevant tender opportunities, contributing to the bid process and coordinating cross-functional delegation as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth transition of successful opportunities into onboarded business and live projects.
  • Serve as a customer-centric brand ambassador for Indra in the EV industry
  • Consistently meet and exceed all personal and team sales targets, KPIs, and competencies, while aligning with Indra’s company values.
