SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Strong experience in End User facing Selling (hunting) of Large End-Users.
  • Languages: Fluent English
  • Functional Skills: In depth digital Selling, pricing strategy, expert in pipeline management.
  • Competencies: Expert in Negotiation, reasonable customer planning & strategy, business acumen
  • Mindsets: Demonstrates agility adapting to new situations quickly, relationship oriented, resiliency, proactivity. Active learning and active listening.
Responsibilities

THE ROLE

  • Leverages Business Intelligence/ Market Insights to develop pipeline to target and engage customers to drive market penetration.
  • Specialist in our KCP Wiper Category with focus on industrial wiping.
  • Partners with Sales Development Representative (SDR) to turn qualified leads into revenue generating new business.
  • Develops and manages new business quickly for hand off to Regional Team or Key Account Team to nurture and expand the business.
  • Collaborates with Channel Team and Channel partners to initiate / build relationship with the prospective end customers.
  • Brings insights from customer meetings to inform the customer journey, product/ innovation roadmap and marketing programs.
  • Embraces digital technology (video, social media, eCommerce) to identify leads and business opportunities.

Business Objectives and Performance Measures:

  • Individual New Closed Business financial targets: gross profit, account profitability, growth, new business by category
  • # Net New end users
  • Digital metrics: e.g., sending videos to customers, posting on LinkedIn/ online forums, hosting video meetings
