JOB DESCRIPTION

Are you passionate about driving innovation in the industrial refrigeration industry? Danfoss is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead business development in the cold storage, food, and beverage production industries. This strategic role will have you building long-term relationships with key decision-makers at the management level, developing and implementing business strategies that align with market trends and energy-efficient refrigeration solutions.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE POSSESSES THESE SKILLS.

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in the refrigeration, heating, or process equipment industries.
  • A very strong ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at the management level.
  • Expertise in consultative selling and value-based sales approaches
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering measurable results.
  • Fluency in English.

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of our innovative, energy-efficient industrial refrigeration solutions to ensure the best customer outcomes.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and customers, ensuring the seamless delivery of solutions.
