We’re currently looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for the growth of our organization, specifically focusing on the Walloon and Brussels region. You will operate as a true Trusted Advisor for your customers in the Walloon and Brussels region. Together with the Account Manager, you will listen to the clients’ needs, analyze them and co-build a customized and innovative solution. Your strength lies within your technology independent approach. Thanks to our leading technology stacks you will be able to offer the most specialized solutions.
Responsibilities:
- You will translate our Corporate Strategy towards the Walloon & Brussels’ market approach and create a business plan for the coming years in order to grow this important market further in collaboration with your direct report and the Sector Sales Manager.
- You provide our organization the required insights on the specific market/regional evolutions, ICT related customer requirements as well as forward looking insights on the future business to expect in this market.
- You build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and providing excellent customer service. You develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs and challenges.
- To attain your objectives, you’ll collaborate closely with your colleagues across various sectors to enhance cross-fertilization among the sales teams.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the account manager for the Walloon – Brussels region to achieve optimal performance.
- You will follow up on your customers’ business, the trends that play a role, the official and unofficial networks, the competitive landscape and the solutions that we have already implemented within these markets.
