EXPERIENCE & EXPERTISE:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition in the staffing industry.
  • Proven track record in selling IT Staffing, Professional Staffing, Managed Services, and SOW solutions.
  • Strong MSP/VMS Program and Procurement sales experience.
  • Deep understanding of contract, contract-to-hire, and direct placement staffing models.
  • P&L management experience and ability to negotiate complex contracts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales automation platforms.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to engage MSP partners, procurement executives, and C-suite decision-makers.
  • Strong market research, lead generation, and networking capabilities.

ROLE OVERVIEW

Infinite Computing Systems is seeking a Business Development Manager / Sales Manager to drive staffing business growth by acquiring new clients, managing key relationships, and expanding our MSP/VMS presence. This role requires deep expertise in IT Staffing, Contingent Workforce Solutions, and SOW-based services, with a strong track record in client acquisition, revenue generation, and strategic sales execution.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand client acquisition and revenue.
  • Identify, target, and engage new business opportunities through cold calling, lead generation, and networking.
  • Secure and manage enterprise clients & MSP/VMS accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, procurement teams, HR leaders, hiring managers, and MSP partners.
  • Present Contingent Workforce, IT Staffing, and Managed Services/SOW solutions to potential clients.
  • Lead presales engagements, RFPs, and proposal writing.
  • Participate in industry networking events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance market presence.
  • Oversee P&L responsibilities, client proposals, contracts, and negotiations.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and CRM records with detailed market analysis and forecasting.
