JOB OVERVIEW:

Innowave Tech Pte Ltd is actively expanding into the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry and is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to spearhead our efforts in this pivotal sector. The ideal candidate will possess a successful track record of driving business growth and fostering strong relationships within the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor or Master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the technology industry, with a proven track record of driving growth in the semiconductor market.
  • In-depth understanding of the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry in Singapore, including its unique business culture, and adeptness in navigating complex business environments.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in Mandarin and English.
  • Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry associations, and potential customers.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, exhibiting excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Preferred experience with AI or related technologies, which are increasingly relevant in the semiconductor and advanced manufacturing industry.
Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the team to achieve sales targets and business objectives, providing leadership and guidance, including but not limited to setting performance targets, and mentoring team members.
  • Explore and uncover new business prospects within both existing and potential client bases
  • Assess competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends, identifying sales opportunities.
  • Actively engage in meetings and site visits with clients and key stakeholders to advance sales initiatives, foster valuable relationships, and maintain a strong presence in the industry.
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs, challenges, and pain points to tailor solutions that effectively address their specific requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales and after-sales technical support, and work collaboratively with internal Product and Solutions teams to devise and deliver value-added solutions that meet client needs and overcome their challenges.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through regular communication and networking.Responsible for closing commercial deals with clients & business partners, ensuring the completion of all essential approvals and documentation.
