Responsibilities

As Business Development Manager, you’ll be InspireX’s front-line market representative. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy role:

  • Around 80% of your time will be spent behind the laptop executing outreach, building and refining sequences, presenting & engaging with customers and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • The other 20% will put you on the global stage, representing InspireX at 4–5 major international events each year, networking with decision-makers, and confidently pitching our story.

You’ll focus on generating and qualifying opportunities, then working closely with our experienced pre-sales team who will own solution design and closure. This balance ensures you can focus on what you do best, creating new business and building strong first impressions.

What You’ll Do

  • OPPORTUNITY GENERATION & OUTREACHPlan and execute targeted outbound strategies using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Build highly personalised sequences that resonate with Product, Engineering, and Executive-level stakeholders.
