Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition:
  • Identify and target potential clients in sectors such as hospitality, retail, corporate offices, and residential.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
  • Market Research & Strategy:
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to expand the company’s client base and market share.
  • Project Proposal Development:
  • Prepare proposals and presentations for prospective clients, showcasing the company’s capabilities and previous projects.
  • Work with design and technical teams to ensure proposals meet client requirements and budget.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing concerns and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Contract Negotiation:
  • Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for the company while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Project Oversight:
  • Ensure the smooth handover of projects, liaising with project management and technical teams for successful execution.
  • Monitor the progress of signed projects and keep clients informed of developments.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth:
  • Set and meet sales targets, focusing on revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Upsell additional services or future projects to existing clients.
  • Brand Promotion:
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote the company’s services.
  • Reporting:
  • Provide regular reports to senior management on business development activities, market trends, and sales performance.

Key Skills Required:

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
