Job Title: Business Development Manager – Interior Fit-Out

Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 6,000 – AED 12,000 per month (based on experience and performance)

Qubello Interiors is a fast-growing interior design and fit-out company in Dubai, delivering high-quality commercial, residential, and retail projects. We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Business Development Manager to join our team and drive the next phase of our expansion.
We’re seeking a results-oriented Business Development Manager who will be a key player in driving company growth, generating leads, increasing revenue, and collaborating across departments to support operational excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business development within the interior fit-out industry
  • Must be based in Dubai with a strong understanding of the UAE market
  • Strong network in real estate, construction, and architecture sectors
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
  • Must have own car and valid UAE driving license
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
Responsibilities
  • Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in the interior fit-out and renovation sector
  • Work closely on estimation & team to ensure accurate and timely proposals and quotations
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align business strategy with lead generation campaigns and branding efforts
  • Build strong client relationships through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups
  • Develop strategic plans to increase revenue and market presence
  • Attend networking events and exhibitions to boost brand visibility
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective strategies
  • Prepare and present performance reports and business forecasts
  • Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
